These Terms & Conditions govern your use of indiaflights.ca and the travel services we arrange. By using this website or requesting a quote or booking, you agree to these terms.

About us

indiaflights.ca is the online website of Grand Travel Planners Ltd., located at 2425 Matheson Blvd E, 8th Floor, Mississauga, ON L4W 5K4. Grand Travel Planners Ltd. is a retail travel agency registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO Registration #50020219). We act as an agent and intermediary between you and the travel suppliers (airlines, tour operators, hotels, consolidators and others) who provide the travel services.

Fares, prices and availability

Fares and prices shown on this website are illustrative “from” prices in Canadian dollars (CAD), are subject to availability, and can change at any time until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. Taxes, fees and surcharges may apply. Unpublished and consolidator fares are quoted on request and confirmed by our agents.

Quotes, bookings and payment

A quote is not a confirmed booking. Prices and availability are guaranteed only once your booking is confirmed, paid for and ticketed in accordance with the supplier’s terms. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions and fare rules of the applicable travel supplier(s), including rules on changes, cancellations, refunds and baggage.

Third-party suppliers and partners

The travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, not by indiaflights.ca. Your booking is also subject to their terms. Our website includes links to third-party booking partners (for example, Expedia for hotels); those bookings are made on the partner’s website under their terms, and we may earn a commission on them.

Travel documents, passports and visas

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas and any required health documentation, for your entire itinerary. Requirements differ by destination, nationality and transit point. We can provide general guidance, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules and policies of the relevant supplier and may be subject to supplier and agency fees. We will assist you but cannot waive supplier rules.

Limitation of liability

As an agent, indiaflights.ca is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions or default of any travel supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website or our services is limited to the amount of fees we received for the booking in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under TICO regulations or applicable consumer protection law.

Website use and intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website are owned by or licensed to indiaflights.ca and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and you submit to the courts of Ontario.
